Sky Mobile is now back online after experiencing problems that left hundreds of users unable to access the internet on their smartphones for five hours this morning.
The tech giant took to X (formerly Twitter) to confirm that the issue had been resolved, writing: ‘Our support teams have investigated and resolved this issue.’
They added: ‘Customers impacted should now be able to use their 3G/4G/5G services.
‘We’re very sorry again for any inconvenience caused.’
